As Vipi Perfume, we deliver your orders to your address as quickly and securely as possible.

Delivery Time

• Orders with confirmed payments are generally handed over to the courier within 1-3 business days.
• After being handed over to the courier, delivery typically takes 1-3 business days depending on your region.
• Delivery times may be extended during public holidays and peak campaign periods.

Shipping Fee

• Shipping fees are clearly stated at the checkout step based on your order amount and delivery address.
• Free shipping may apply to orders over a certain amount (subject to store promotions).

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be shared once your order has been shipped. You can track your shipment via the "Where is my order" page or from the order details in your account.

Deliveries are made to all provinces and districts of Turkey through our contracted shipping companies.

Things to Consider Upon Delivery

• When receiving your package, check whether the outer packaging is damaged or opened.
