BUYER: The customer placing the order (based on the information provided in the order).

Article 2 - Subject

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the goods/services that the BUYER has ordered electronically from the SELLER's website, which have the qualifications specified in the agreement.

Article 3 - Information on the Goods/Services Subject to the Agreement

The basic features, cash sales price, payment method, and delivery conditions of the goods/services have been notified to the BUYER along with the order.

Article 4 - General Provisions

1. The BUYER accepts, declares, and undertakes that they have read and are informed about the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and all preliminary information regarding the delivery of the goods subject to the agreement, and have given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.
2. The SELLER accepts and undertakes to deliver the goods subject to the agreement in full, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order, and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.
3. If the goods subject to the agreement are to be delivered to a person other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the person to be delivered refuses the delivery.

Article 5 - Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods/services to themselves or to the person/organization at the address indicated, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any justification.

Article 6 - Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

• Products prepared/produced specifically for the person
• Perishable goods or goods with an expired shelf life
• Products that cannot be returned after opening (hygiene products, etc.)
• Services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer (software, code, digital content)
• Audio or video recordings (CD, DVD, etc.) after they have been opened
• Periodicals (newspapers, magazines)

Article 7 - Disputes

In the implementation of this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and the Consumer Courts at the place of residence of the BUYER or the SELLER are authorized.

This agreement was drawn up and concluded in the electronic environment on 19.08.2026.
