Right of Withdrawal Within 14 Days
You may return the products you have purchased within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any justification.
Return Conditions
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The product must be undamaged and unused
- Labels must not be removed
- It must be returned together with its invoice
Return Process
- Click the "Create Return Request" button on your profile page
- Select the items you wish to return and the reason
- Wait for approval after submitting your request (usually 1 business day)
- Once approved, send the product to us via our contracted shipping company
- Your refund will be processed within 14 business days after the product is received
Non-Returnable Products
In accordance with Article 15 of the Distance Sales Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:
- Products prepared specifically for the person (custom labels, engraving, etc.)
- Perishable goods or products with an expired shelf life
- Hygiene products that cannot be returned once opened (underwear, cosmetics, etc.)
- Digital content (software, e-books, codes)
- Opened audio/video recordings (CD/DVD)
- Periodicals (newspapers, magazines)
Return Shipping Cost
We cover the shipping costs for returns resulting from product defects. In cases where the right of withdrawal is exercised, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer (special arrangements may be made via our contracted shipping company).
